Connecting RingCentral to your Nutshell account allows calls to be logged as activities, default activity types to be applied, and AI-generated summaries to give you a quick view of each conversation.

Outbound and inbound calls made through RingCentral will appear on the Calls page, helping you keep your call history organized and easy to review.

Getting started

You can begin the RingCentral setup from either of these locations in Nutshell:

Once you are on the Phone settings page, click on the RingCentral card to get started.

Connect your RingCentral account

Click Connect with RingCentral and then Continue. Follow the OAuth login window and sign in using your RingCentral credentials.

Authorize the connection

Click Authorize to complete the integration.

Note: If you log in with a number other than your primary RingCentral number, you will see a different number in Nutshell once the connection is complete.

Once connected, your calls appear in Sales > Calls where you can review logged calls, log any unlogged calls, and take advantage of AI-generated summaries for quick context. Your call activity stays organized and easy to work with every day.

FAQs

Can I configure multiple phone integrations?

If your team uses multiple phone services, you can connect multiple accounts with Nutshell. This will enable you to call contacts using any of your phone systems and automatically log those calls accurately. Nutshell also integrates seamlessly with Aircall, Dialpad, and CallRail.
