Connecting Aircall to Nutshell makes it easy to see your calls and keep all your call activity organized in one place. Once set up, you can manage your calls and view AI-generated summaries to quickly understand what each call was about.

Before you start

Before connecting Aircall, make sure the email you use for your Aircall account is also added to your Nutshell profile. This ensures you can be added to the instance’s Aircall integration.

You can add additional emails in Nutshell by going to Your Settings > Profile.

How the Aircall integration works

Aircall integrations are set up for the entire company rather than for individual users. This means an admin from your Aircall account needs to connect the integration in Nutshell first.

Admins can start the setup by navigating to the Phone setup dialog, which can be accessed from Settings > Phone or from the Calls page.

Connecting Aircall to Nutshell makes it easy to see your calls and keep all your call activity organized in one place. Once set up, you can manage your calls and view AI-generated summaries to quickly understand what each call was about.

When your admin user begins the integration, they will go through the OAuth flow.

During this process, your admin will:

Add the phone numbers that should be associated with the integration.

  • Only calls linked to these numbers will be processed.

  • You can update these numbers later through the Integrations tab in Aircall.

Once the integration is complete, the instance is ready for other users to connect.

Adding other users

For everyone else in your Nutshell account:

  1. Make sure your Aircall email is added to your Nutshell account.

  2. Go through the Phone setup dialog for Aircall.

After completing these steps, you’ll be connected and ready to see your calls, manage activity, and access AI-generated summaries.

FAQ

Can I configure multiple phone integrations?

If your team uses multiple phone services, you can connect multiple accounts with Nutshell. This will enable you to call contacts using any of your phone systems and automatically log those calls accurately. Nutshell also integrates seamlessly with RingCentral, Dialpad, and CallRail.
