Nutshell includes native support for Olark, a great tool to have live chats with visitors to your website. If you communicate with your customers via Olark, you can have transcripts automatically sent to Nutshell and logged as activities.

After you finish a conversation, Olark will send the transcript to Nutshell. It will appear as an activity, like a phone call or meeting, but will include the full transcript. If Nutshell can determine the operator and the People, they will be attached as participants. All transcripts are available in the activity detail report.
