You can use your Android device to create new activities in Nutshell, and easily log them along with your notes on the go!
Schedule or Log an Activity
1. After opening your Nutshell app, tap the
button in the top left corner.
2. Tap the plus sign in the bottom right corner.
3. Tap Schedule activity or Log activity.
4. When you select Log activity, you have two options. You can use Voice capture, powered by Nutshell AI, to transcribe your activity, or you can manually add it.
If you choose the Voice capture option, Nutshell will use your voice note to create an activity for you.
You can pause or restart the recording and edit your notes before the activity is created.
5. Once you're ready you can hit Continue to create your activity.
6. Select your Activity type from the drop-down menu, and then tap Done.
If the person/company you mentioned in your voice note is already in Nutshell, we’ll automatically add them as a participant. If they’re new, we’ll add them to Nutshell, and you’ll be able to see a label showing that the participant or company is 'New'.
If you want to remove a participant, simply click the three-dot menu and tap Remove.
7. Once you're happy that the details have been captured correctly or that your edits have saved, you can hit Log activity.
8. If you need to make changes, add more notes, or an agenda you can edit the activity by tapping the pencil icon in the top right.
Using Voice Capture is especially helpful if you’re a sales rep on the go and want to quickly capture a call or meeting without typing while the details are still fresh.
Log an existing activity
1. On your Nutshell app's home screen, tap TODOS.
2. In your list of scheduled items, tap the activity you're ready to mark as complete:
3. Tap Log activity at the bottom right of your screen.
4. Include any needed notes, and then tap Save and Log activity.
