Tap the plus button at the bottom of your screen

Select Schedule activity or Log activity.

Choosing Log an activity gives you the options to use Voice capture, powered by Nutshell AI, or manually add the activity.

When manually adding an activity, type or select all the activity's important information, including:

From there, you can log or edit the activity.

If you select the Voice capture option, you can speak your activity details into your iPhone and Nutshell AI will transcribe your voice note and create an activity for you.

Give Nutshell access to your microphone to enable voice transcription.

You can pause or restart the recording or edit your notes before the activity is created. Once you're done, hit Continue to create your logged activity.

Before logging your activity, verify all the details are correct. Update the activity title, and select your Activity type from the drop-down menu, and then tap Done.

You can also verify the participants added, related leads, and location are input correctly.

If the person or company you mentioned in your voice note is already in Nutshell, we’ll automatically add them as a participant. If they’re new, we’ll add them to Nutshell, and you’ll be able to see a label showing that the participant or company is 'New'.

If you want to remove a participant, simply click the three-dot menu and tap Remove.

Once the activity details are correct, click Log activity.

If you need to make changes, you can always edit the activity by tapping the pencil icon in the upper right.

From your Nutshell app home screen, tap the calendar icon in the upper right.

In your list of scheduled activities, select the one you want to log.

Save any important notes, then tap Log activity at the bottom right of your screen.
