Learn how to attach an email in Nutshell and view emails sent in individual timelines and from sync'd email programs.
When you send emails from Nutshell or from an email source that is synchronized with Nutshell, your attachments will be included and visible in the timeline.
When composing an email from a Person or Company page in Nutshell, click the blue “Attach files” button to add an attachment. Both the sent email and attachment will show up in your contact’s timeline.
You can also view your email attachments when you send an email message with an attachment from an outside email provider (Gmail, O365, or BCC) that is synchronized with Nutshell. The email and attachment are both visible in the individual’s timeline.
Due to general restrictions with email providers, Nutshell does not support sending bulk email attachments, yet. You can do this through the MailChimp integration or another marketing automation provider.
