Want to automatically create new cards in your Trello account from new Nutshell leads? Here’s how to easily do just that with Zapier.

All you’ll need is:

Getting Your Accounts Ready

To connect your Nutshell account to Zapier, you’ll just need your email address, API Key, and account subdomain. For Trello, you’ll simply be redirected to Trello, where you’ll be asked to authorize the connection to Zapier.

That’s all you need to get Nutshell and Trello working together!

Integrating Nutshell with Trello

All we’ll have to do now is create a new Zap that connects your Nutshell account to your Trello account and automatically creates new cards from your Nutshell leads. Click the “Use this Zap” button here to get started.

You’ll first need to connect your Nutshell account. After clicking on “Connect”, enter your email address, API Key, and account subdomain so Zapier can connect to your account.

Now, it’s time to connect your Trello account. After clicking on “Connect” you will be asked to authorize the connection to Zapier.

You’re almost done. All that’s left is to match up the information from your Nutshell lead to the card fields in your Trello account. We’ve already filled out the card name, you’ll just need to choose the board and the list you’d like the card added to.

Once you’ve got those Trello fields filled out, click the button on the bottom to finish making your Zap. You can now test the Zap to ensure that everything is connected the way you wanted. Once the tests are done, go check your Trello account and make sure the new card was added correctly. If so, you’re all set and Zapier will now automatically create new cards anytime leads are created inside of your Nutshell account.

If you ever want to make any changes to the Nutshell and Trello integration, or would like to automate anything else with Zapier, just go to Zapier, login to your account, and make any additions you’d like.
