Integrate Nutshell with Uservoice to have all your customer service tickets easily accessible to your sales team.
UserVoice is a great tool to set up a helpdesk and feedback site for your customers. You can use our integration to see your UserVoice tickets in Nutshell timelines.
To get started, click Setup > Integrations. Then, click "Create API key" next to the UserVoice icon.
You will be redirected to a page with instructions for finishing the integration setup:
Go to your UserVoice service hooks
Select Nutshell from the Add a service hook dropdown
Add your Nutshell API key, click save, and you're good to go!
After that, you'll see UserVoice tickets logged on timelines in your Nutshell account.
