Intercom is a great tool to have real-time conversations with visitors to your website. Often, these become interested leads, and our two-click integration with Intercom makes this process easy.

To get started, go to Setup > Integrations. Next to the Intercom integration, click Enable.

You'll be sent to Intercom, where you need to approve access. Once you click okay, you'll be sent back to Nutshell, and you're done!

When you complete chats with web visitors, Nutshell will automatically create people. And, we'll log the chat as a new type of activity (just like a phone call or a meeting). You can even report on these chats, using our powerful activity report.
