The products report tells you which products you're selling — by revenue, by units, and across how many deals. It rolls up product line items from your won leads into a single ranked list, so you can see at a glance which products are driving your business.
Available on Nutshell Pro and higher.
What you'll see
At the top, a Top products chart segments your top five products against the rest, toggleable between dollar value ($) and units sold (#). Below that, four totals: total quantity sold, unique product count, total revenue, and the number of leads those sales came from.
The table underneath lists every product on your won leads in the selected period, with:
Product name
Category (if you use product categories)
SKU (if set on the product)
Revenue — total value contributed across won leads, converted to your default market's currency
Quantity — total units sold
Leads — number of distinct leads that included the product. Click the link to open the matching leads list.
Sort by Revenue, Quantity, Leads, or Product name. SKU and Category are not sortable. Pages are 100 products at a time.
Filters
Defaults to won leads closed in the last 365 days. From the top of the page you can:
Switch between Lead close date and Lead open date for the date range
Change the date range or status (Won, Lost, Open) from the chips
Open the filter drawer to scope by owner, source, tags, products, product categories, custom fields, and the other usual lead filters
If you filter by specific products or product categories, the report aggregates only the matching products on those leads — not every product on a lead that happens to contain one match.
Saving, sharing, and exporting
Works the same way as the Sales report:
Save / Save as — store a configured view under My saved reports
Share — share saved views with teammates
Download — export the full filtered result set (all pages, all columns including SKU and category) as a CSV
How revenue & currencies work
Revenue is taken from each line item's value, converted to your instance's default market currency. So mixed-currency deals roll up cleanly into one number.
Leads that have a value but no products won't show up in this report.
Asking the AI
The AI report builder understands product reports too. Try prompts like:
"Show me my top products last quarter"
"Which products did I sell the most of this year?"
"What products drove the most revenue in March?"
