Understanding how your Scheduler meetings are performing helps you make thoughtful decisions about your time and availability. The Scheduler report gives you a simple, helpful roll-up of your booking activity so you can see what is working and where you might want to adjust.

Where to find the Scheduler report

To view the report for a specific meeting, open your Scheduler meeting > Click the Report tab

You can also access Scheduler reporting from the main Reports page

What you’ll see in the Scheduler report

The report is designed to give you a clear picture of Scheduler meeting performance at a glance, along with visual trends that help you spot patterns quickly.

View and booking summary

At the top of the report, you will see a summary of your meeting. This includes:

  • Total views
The number of times your Scheduler meeting page was viewed during the selected period

  • Conversion rate
The percentage of views that turned into bookings

  • Total bookings
    The number of meetings booked

  • Average time until booking
The average time between making the booking and the meeting start

Calendar heat map

The calendar heat map gives you a visual overview of activity across the past three months.

You can toggle between

• Views

• Bookings

This allows you to see either how many people viewed your meeting link on a given day, or how many bookings were made.

When you click on a specific day in the calendar, you will see a daily performance summary showing the exact number of views and bookings for that date.

This makes it easy to:

  • Spot busy days

  • Notice quieter periods

  • Compare interest versus actual bookings

Availability heat map

The availability heat map shows what people saw for availability during the next two weeks when they viewed your Scheduler meeting.

This gives you helpful context around your booking performance.

You can better understand:

  • How open your calendar appeared

  • Whether you had enough time slots available

  • If limited availability may have affected bookings

If your meeting link is getting views but fewer bookings, this view can help you decide whether to open more slots or adjust your schedule.

Using the report to guide your decisions

The Scheduler report is here to give you clarity, not just numbers.

By reviewing it regularly, you can:

  • See how well your meeting link is converting views into bookings

  • Understand how far in advance people prefer to schedule

  • Adjust your daily slot count based on real demand

  • Make small changes that support more consistent bookings

It is a simple way to stay connected to how your availability and your customers’ behavior align, so you can confidently shape your schedule around what works best.
