The Marketing dashboard is your go-to place to see key insights about your marketing efforts at a glance. Whether you’re tracking email campaigns, monitoring web traffic, or observing changes in your audience, this dashboard brings everything together in one convenient place. It’s designed to provide a clear overview of your campaigns, helping you understand what’s working well and where you might want to make adjustments.

Where to find your Marketing dashboard

To access your Marketing dashboard, simply navigate to the Marketing main menu. From there, select Dashboard from the side navigation.

What can you see on your Marketing dashboard?

Once you’re in your Marketing dashboard, you’ll find various cards that highlight key metrics from the marketing features you've been using. Each card provides insights into your campaigns and performance, making it easy to see the impact of your efforts across all marketing tools in one place.

Choose your overview period

Before diving into the details, you can easily pick a time frame of 7, 30, or 90 days from the date picker in the top right corner of the dashboard. Simply select a period, and all the cards will update to show the relevant metrics. This makes it super easy to spot trends and see how everything is performing over time.

Explore your dashboard cards

Now let’s take a look at what you can expect to see on your dashboard:

  • Website
    Monitor overall web traffic trends to understand how visitors are engaging with your site over time. This includes:

    • Total page views

    • Unique visitors

    • Average views per visit

    • Average number of visitors per day

  • Broadcasts & Newsletters
    Get an overview of your campaigns sorted by date in descending order, including:

    • Overall deliveries, open rate, and click rate

    • Most recently sent campaigns, along with their respective deliveries, open rates, and click rates

    • Next two scheduled campaigns

    • Two most recent drafts

  • Drip sequences
    Get an overview of your active Drip sequence email campaigns, including:

    • Overall deliveries, open rate, and click rate

    • Top drip sequences along with individual metrics

Also, you can easily access all your drip sequences from the View all link at the top right of the dashboard card.

  • Forms
    Get insights into the engagement metrics for your top Nutshell forms, including:

    • Views

    • Submissions

    • Conversion rates

    • Your top three forms by the most submissions

  • Landing pages
    Track the performance of your landing pages, focusing on:

    • Total views from all landing pages

    • Your top three most viewed landing pages

  • Connected forms
    See how your Connected forms are performing, which includes:

    • Total submissions from all your Connected forms

    • Top three forms with the most submissions

  • Audiences

    See your list of top audiences by total subscribers

  • VisitorIQ
    View metrics related to companies identified and leads generated by VisitorIQ, including:

    • Total number of companies identified

    • Number of companies converted into leads

    • Clicking into each metric takes you to the filtered VisitorIQ and Leads list, respectively

Can I customize the metrics displayed on my dashboard?

The dashboard features a set list of predefined metrics for each card, and you cannot edit or customize these metrics. However, you can adjust the overview period using the date picker at the top, allowing you to view data for the last 7, 30, or 90 days.

Can I rearrange my cards on the dashboard?

Currently, the cards on your dashboard are set in a fixed order and cannot be rearranged.

Can I export the data from my dashboard?
There is no option to export data directly from the dashboard. You can manually note the metrics or take screenshots for your records.

Who can access the marketing dashboard?
The Marketing dashboard is available to all users with the appropriate permissions. If you’re unsure about your access level, please check with your administrator.
