Have you ever wished to tailor the information displayed on your lead cards? Well, great news—admin users can easily customize lead cards per-pipeline to align with the unique needs of your team and company. Let's dive into the step-by-step process of setting this up.

Access the Customize lead cards dialog

As an admin user, find the "Sort & customize" button conveniently placed on the lead board.

Click on the button to reveal the dropdown menu, then select the "Customize lead cards" option.

This opens the "Customize lead cards" dialog where you can easily customize your lead card.

Customize your lead cards

In the "Customize lead cards" dialog, choose the lead type fields you want to see on your lead cards. Choose up to eight fields from the provided options, this includes your lead custom fields. Note that default fields include Lead name and Value, which cannot be removed or ordered.

Re-order fields

For added customization, head to the "Re-order" fields tab within the dialog. Here, you can effortlessly drag the fields to arrange them exactly as you prefer. Your fields will then be displayed in the order you selected on the lead cards.
