Do you do business with a Company which has several different locations, and want to know how to import these accounts correctly into Nutshell on your first try?

In Nutshell, you can manage parent-child relationships by designating the company hierarchy. You can set the designation and select or add a parent or child companies from the sidebar on the Company page. Learn more about how to set this up in this helpful article.

When importing companies with relationships, we recommend enabling "Match duplicate companies on name" (on by default) or making sure that each parent is above its children in the CSV.
