Management/Admin Dashboard Cards

Are you an Admin or Sales Manager needing full visibility into your sales and how your team is interacting with leads or customers?

  • A Sales metrics card is a pre-set card that will show your account’s new leads, open leads, and sales volume relative to the same point during the previous time frame.

  • A Leaderboard card will allow you to toggle between viewing your colleagues’ or employees’ won Leads + values and logged Activities. Pro tip: The Sales leaderboard allows you to select filters for Assignee, Date range, and Tags and the Activities leaderboard allows you to select filters for Participants, Date range, and Activity type for a more specific and focused Leaderboard.

  • A Pipeline card will show you how many Leads are currently in each stage of a specific pipeline and their totaled values. Pro tip: Add filters to see only Leads assigned to a specific user or Team, Leads associated with specific Tags, Sources, Products or Territories, or Leads that have been marked Hot for high-priority.

  • A Team Sales Quota card will show where your Teams are on meeting the monthly sales quotas you’ve set for them. Pro tip: Your quota cards can contain both sales and Activities quotas or you can create multiple quota cards if you prefer the single quota view.

  • We also suggest adding the following List cards to your dashboard or combine these lists onto one List summary card!

A List card allows you to pull your saved People, Companies, or Leads lists into a preview on your dashboard. List summary cards show you an overview of your lists (up to 6) and each list’s overall value.

Pro tip: Filtering this list by Company Type will allow you to see the types of companies that are being added to your account and what type of businesses your company’s current marketing strategies are attracting.

FAQ

Can I share my dashboard cards with my colleagues?

No; Each person needs to set up their own dashboard cards. If you have created list cards that you'd like other team members to add to their dashboard, make sure you have shared the list from the Companies, People, or Leads page.
