Take a tour in Nutshell:

Nutshell will automatically map columns like phone, email, address, and name to matching fields. You'll see a green checkmark next to any column that's been mapped, and "Don't import" for anything it couldn't match automatically. You should always go through all your columns before importing to make sure everything is mapped correctly — and if a column doesn't match an existing field, you can create a brand-new custom field for it right from the mapping step.

On the Review page, use the "Create leads from this import for each" toggle and choose "Company imported" or "Person imported." Leads aren't created unless you turn this on. If you've already imported your contacts and only want leads for the records this import updates, toggle on "Create leads for updated companies and people."

If you are creating leads with your import, it is also possible to create and attach products to those leads. You must create a lead for every product you wish to create.
