Stay up-to-date on the leads that are important to you!

Nutshell allows you to Watch another user's leads and to receive notifications about those watched leads. This is helpful for managers or colleagues who want to stay up-to-date on the progress of an important lead that is assigned to someone else.

If there is a lead that you'd like to watch, just check the Watching box located above the Lead assignee on that Lead's page.

You can set up how you'd like to receive notifications when a watched lead is changed by another user or a watched lead is closed by another user. To do this, click your user icon in the lower-left corner and select 'Your settings' > 'Notifications'.

To view your watched leads, go to the Leads tab and use the search filter:
