You can conveniently manage which emails appear in Nutshell directly from the message list in Gmail. Choose Nutshell email templates from the Gmail composer

Access your Nutshell email templates within the Gmail composer. This feature is exclusively available to users on a Nutshell Business plan or above. If your Nutshell subscription includes this feature, you can easily access and use your Nutshell email templates.

In the compose view, click on the Nutshell icon in the bottom toolbar to open the email templates sidebar. From there, simply select the email template you’d like to use and click ‘Insert template’ to add it to your email. Note that the extension is designed for single messages only and thus cannot be used to send multi-message/sequence emails.

FAQ

I am getting an "Unable to (un)share emails with Nutshell" message.

Seeing this error in Gmail?

If you have "conversation view" turned off inside of Gmail, only the first email in a thread will share successfully when you click the "Share thread with Nutshell" button. This is what your settings should look like inside of Gmail:

When you are sharing a thread with Nutshell from this view, it will work successfully if it is the first message in a new email thread. However, for subsequent emails, you'll need to share the message individually. Check out the screenshot below to see how to share the message by itself:
