See all your automated tasks in one place

The Tasks report in Nutshell provides insights into how your team is handling automated tasks. It helps you see whether tasks are being completed on time, late, skipped, or not completed at all. This information is valuable for understanding workflow efficiency and ensuring that important tasks are completed as scheduled.

The Task report is available on Sales Pro and above.

How to access the Tasks report

Simply click on Reports > Tasks

By default, the report will display data for your default pipeline.

Key metrics the report shows

The metrics include:

  • Total tasks in the selected period

  • Tasks completed on time

  • Tasks completed late

  • Tasks not completed

  • Tasks skipped

  • Percentage of tasks completed on time

These metrics help you quickly understand performance and identify areas that may need attention.

Filter and segment your data

You can adjust the report to focus on the information that matters most. Filters let you:

  • Look at a specific team member to see all tasks they’ve been involved with (assigned, completed, or skipped)

  • Focus on a particular sales pipeline

  • View tasks over a day, week, month, quarter, year, or a custom period

These options make it easy to spot patterns and understand how task completion changes over time or across different parts of your team.

Explore details in the table view

Below the chart, the table breaks down tasks by stage and individual task. You can see exactly which tasks were completed on time, completed late, skipped, or not completed. The table also shows the number of tasks completed on time for each stage, helping you understand where tasks are being delayed.
