Nutshell allows you to record and transcribe phone calls made from your browser. In the Click-to-call dialog.
You can also use our built-in AI to summarize your call by checking the"Automatically summarize this call" checkbox to generate an AI-powered summary of the call.
Transcriptions are available in a wide range of languages, including Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese (Mandarin, Simplified), Chinese (Mandarin, Traditional), Chinese (Cantonese, Traditional), Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, Flemish, French, German, German (Switzerland), Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latvian, Lithuanian, Malay, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
Note: Both the transcription and summary are credit-based, so they’ll use credits when created. After the call, both the transcription and summary will appear in the dialog once they’ve been processed.
Access transcriptions and summaries
Once the call ends, you can give it a few minutes to process and see the transcription and summary directly in the Click-to-call dialog. If you're in a hurry, you can hit the 'Save' button, and both the transcription and summary will be available in the logged activity for easy access.
Are transcriptions and AI generated summaries unlimited?
Transcriptions and AI-generated summaries use a shared bucket of AI outcomes, which are counted per user each month. Each plan includes a set number of outcomes per user, and all outcome-based features draw from that same monthly total. Check out our plan comparison table for more information.
In addition to summarizing calls through our click-to-call tool, AI summarizations are also available for Zoom meetings, and we are working on Google Meets and Microsoft Teams calls.
