Managing accounts that have reoccuring sales

    Great question Chris! It's great to hear that you're looking to manage reoccurring sales, selling more is always a good thing. You are certainly right that leads are typical thought of as one-off business opportunities, however, in Nutshell you can have as many leads as you'd like with a single company or person. For example if you have a lead with Cedar Sinai Hospital in 2016 that was closed/won you can create a brand new leads for 2017, attach it to Cedar Sinai Hospital (by adding the company to the lead) and then attached the appropriate pipeline. I can't wait to see what other suggestions come through!
