We love Nutshell, but the Zapier features are not very robust at all. The manual work we have to do to get data from Nutshell to our workflow management tools is extremely time consuming and painful.
1. When we have a lead come in from Unbounce (our landing page system) we want a lead created, we want a contact created, and we want an organization created so that the lead is pretty much complete. Right now we create a new contact with a Zap, add the organization manually, then manually create a lead. Painful and time consuming.
2. We want to trigger an action in our workflow automation that moves a contact from one workflow to another after a lead is won. We can trigger an action if a lead is won but we can not add contact and organization data from the lead to a list in our workflow management tools because your WON LEAD Zap does not pull any of that data. So we have to manually add contacts to our workflow management tool. Again painful and time consuming.
Salesforce is tightly and seamlessly integrated with 90% of the marketing automation tools....if you using Zapier to achieve integration with other applications, you need to do more otherwise you may lose customers to the 2000 lb Gorilla in Salesforce.
To be clear, I hate Salesforce and that is saying a lot....because we get it for free as a nonprofit. I need you all to step up to the plate on this one and move this higher up on your product roadmap.
