Are your customers able to book time with you on your work calendar using a tool like Calendly? Would you like to see those upcoming appointments inside of Nutshell? In three easy steps, you can automatically see customer appointments inside of Nutshell.
Please note: this integration requires an O 365 or Google account as well as an account with a scheduling tool like Calendly.
Step 1: Connect your scheduling tool to your O 365 or Google calendar
If using Calendly, you can login to your Calendly account and click here, or choose the 'Calendar Connections' option from your account dropdown menu.
Choose from the available calendar integration options and proceed to the next step.
Step 2: Connect your calendar to Nutshell
In order to support this integration, you will need to authorize Nutshell to access and automatically connect with your native calendar. To begin this process, you can login to Nutshell and click here to begin, or start by clicking your initials icon in the lower-left corner, choosing 'Your Settings' and then 'Calendar'.

Step 3: Begin managing your appointments inside of Nutshell
Moving forward, you will now be able to see all newly created appointments using your scheduling tool appear both in your native calendar, as well as inside of Nutshell on your activities list as well as on your customer's respective timeline.
You can see upcoming calendar events on your dashboard.
You can also view upcoming calendar events on your customer's timeline.
