New features
Available in all plans:
- Attached PDF files on companies, people, and leads will now open in your browser window for easy viewing instead of forcing a download
- Permanently delete a company or person from the Nutshell trash can
- Add or remove competitors from leads in bulk to track who you're winning or losing deals against
- Download a single company, person, or lead as a CSV file for easy portability
- Updates to the billing page: it's a lot faster, and shows more accurate information about your subscription when changing plans
- Turn Nutshell Intelligence on or off as needed to supplement your contact data with social profilesÂ

- Create rules to automatically place your leads in the correct pipeline in your sales automation setup
- Selecting stage goals is easier than ever with dropdown menus
- Configure sales automation to automatically close a lead at any stage of your sales process, and even include an outcome to reduce the time you spend on manual lead tracking
- Click-to-call now works in newer versions of Safari without Flash, and if there is an error we've added new messages to clarify the issue
Squished bugs
- Android: The screen to create new companies, people, and leads finally automatically opens your keyboard, and we've fixed some glitches that sometimes made the timeline fail to load
- iOS: Some pathways to opening a "Create new" menu were broken, now they work perfectly
- Fixed a scrolling issue on the dashboard To Do list
- Resolved an issue where the "Next activity" column occasionally did not update for companies and people
