It would be awesome to see open rates for e-mail templates used in Nutshell - would be great for sales reps to see which crafted messages are having the most success while helping them to prioritize who to contact based on this KPI.

Do you give the ability to see who has "clicked" on your link within emails???

Would love to have reporting for tracked emails, including any clicks and forwards.  Thx!

It would be very helpful to pull a report of who opened an email, who clicked on a specific link and also the ability to insert a hyperlink with the ability to rename the link for simplicity in the email.

It would be great to see who opened the emails, or even have the pipeline move them forward once the email is opened, as an example: a phone call is triggered 1 day after its opened

Hi Reynaldo! Nutshell emailing doesn't include built-in link click tracking, so many of our customers are using the Nutshell + MailChimp integration to send beautiful emails and track their contact's interactions with the emails. This integration will display a banner on a Nutshell person's timeline when they click on a link in your MailChimp message.

Can the system show what time they opened the emails?

Thanks for your question, Nitin! Nutshell doesn't indicate what time your recipient opened an email. Nutshell does integrate with MailChimp, which you can use to see when an email was opened directly from the Nutshell timeline. Check it out here

I'm excited to share an update with everyone who took the time to comment on this post! We have released a big handful of updates that now allow for far more granular abilities to track what happens with the emails you send with Nutshell.

Is there a report that shows either a company's total email clicks or person's total email clicks?  I have looked and not found it, but perhaps am using the wrong terminology.

Great question, vince westendorp! You can report on a company, person, or lead's total email clicks from the list view.

You may add the column using the grid icon on the upper right corner of the list:

You can also apply a filter to see companies, people, or leads with certain numbers of clicks:
