Log chats with your customers or with leads on your website using the integration between LiveChat and Nutshell.
Note: this integration is supported by LiveChat
Nutshell users who use LiveChat can sync Nutshell data into LiveChat. When a user initiates a chat with an email address that is in Nutshell, the LiveChat will display the customer data associated with that email address in the LiveChat app.
- Log in to LiveChat and start the Nutshell integration setup
- Click Install
- Log in to Nutshell and click Setup > API Keys (See image below)
- Click Add API key with: API access
- Copy the API key and paste it into the LiveChat Nutshell integration settings page
