If your emails have suddenly stopped syncing, follow these steps:
- Go to this page and revoke access to your email integration.
- Re-enable access and click "Save".
- You will be redirected to a login screen for either Google or Office 356. Be sure that you get the opportunity to enter your password here - you may need to log out of Google/Office completely to see your password field on this login screen.
After you've logged in, you'll be sent back to Nutshell and your emails should start syncing normally.
