What does Nutshell cost? What plans are available?
Nutshell is available to customers on a monthly or yearly subscription basis.
There are four Nutshell CRM plans:
Foundation includes contact management and lightweight sales tracking. Foundation starts at $16/user/month, paid annually.
Pro includes all the benefits of Foundation, plus in-app calling, advanced sales pipeline and reporting, email sequencing and automation, and robust activity tracking. Pro starts at $42/user/month, paid annually.
Power AI includes all of the benefits of Pro, plus the addition of AI capabilities to summarize timelines and Zoom meeting transcriptions. Power AI starts at $52/user/month, paid annually.
Enterprise includes all of the benefits and features of our other plans, plus multiple currencies, read-only SQL access, changelog, audit log, role-based permissions, free scheduled phone support, a dedicated customer success strategist and API support. Enterprise starts at $67/user/month, paid annually.
What about CRM add-ons? What add-ons are available?
All of Nutshell's CRM add-ons are billed per company, per month. the prices you see below are per company, not per user.
Campaigns includes an all-in-one email marketing feature suite and pricing is based on the number of marketing contacts in your account. Every account gets 150 free Campaigns emails. Paid tiers start at just $5/company/month.
PeopleIQ allows you to search and identify more individuals employed at the companies you are already working with and have in your CRM. Using PeopleIQ allows you to find names, job titles, phone numbers, email addresses and locations of individuals and then add those individuals as a People record in Nutshell in just a few clicks. This allows you to get in front of the right people to close more deals and retain more customers. Paid tier starts at $37/company/month.
Revenue Booster includes:
Nutshell Scheduler, a fully integrated meeting tool that automatically tracks your meetings (Zoom, Meets, Teams) as activities and enables you connect a form to gather more information about your meeting.
Email booster, a more powerful Google Chrome extension that allows you to send and track Personal email sequences (a Pro and above feature) directly from your Gmail inbox, including access to Nutshell email templates available within the Gmail composer.
Revenue Booster is $37/company/month
Landing Pages includes an unlimited amount of easy-to-design and connect landing pages to use for your advertising and email campaigns.
AppConnect is our professional service where we will build and/or maintain custom integrations with Nutshell. Pricing varies based on need and monthly plans start at as little as $50/month.
CompetitorIQ Early Access is a tool that all Nutshell customers can use to keep track of their top competitors and their web presence, traffic and digital strategies.
