Our integration with Yesware allows Google Apps and Outlook users to easily send messages into Nutshell.

Our integration with Yesware allows Google Apps and Outlook users to easily send messages into Nutshell without worrying about BCCing to Nutshell manually. (Note: If you use Gmail or Office 365, check out our email syncing features for each, which can be used in place of the BCC feature or Yesware).

Getting Started

First you will need to get the Yesware extension for Chrome or Firefox. You can find that at yesware.com. After installation, visit your email account and you will see the Yesware toolbar. (Note: You may need to restart your browser for changes to be applied.)

When you check the CRM box, You will be asked to enter your BCC email address. For Nutshell, this is always bcc@nutshell.com.

Once you add your address your bcc will automatically be included in all outgoing emails. If you don't want an email to be sent to Nutshell, just click the CRM button and the BCC email address will be removed for that email.
